Welcome to Shop Mahira. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our platform www.shopmahira.in , you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

  • Shop Mahira is an online marketplace that curates ready-to-wear collections from women-led designer labels across India.

  • These Terms of Service govern your use of our website/platform, all associated services, and your purchases from Shop Mahira.

  • By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • To use Shop Mahira, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law.

  • By using our platform, you confirm that all personal information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed on Shop Mahira are designed and manufactured by independent women-run designer labels.

  • Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to differences in device displays and natural variations in fabrics.

  • Shop Mahira reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information required for processing.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • Shop Mahira reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.

  • Payments can be made via secure payment gateways available on our platform. Shop Mahira does not store or have access to your payment card details.

5. Size & Fit Disclaimer

  • As multiple designers contribute to Shop Mahira, each product has a unique size chart.

  • Customers are responsible for checking the correct size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

  • Shop Mahira is not liable for issues arising from incorrect size selection.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days of confirmation and typically delivered within 4–5 working days across India, subject to location and courier availability.

  • Shipping and delivery terms are further governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Shop Mahira is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen disruptions.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds are only applicable in limited circumstances (e.g., damaged product, incorrect item delivered).

  • Cancellations are permitted only before dispatch or in exceptional cases, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Shop Mahira, including but not limited to logos, images, text, product descriptions, designs, and website layout, is protected by intellectual property rights.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

  • Product images and designs belong to the respective designers/brands featured on Shop Mahira.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform for fraudulent transactions or illegal purposes.

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform’s software or services.

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory information about products or the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Shop Mahira acts as a facilitator/marketplace between customers and designer labels.

  • While we conduct quality checks, Shop Mahira is not liable for:

    • Manufacturing defects beyond cases covered under our refund policy.

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

  • Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Shop Mahira, its team, and affiliates harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Infringement of intellectual property or rights of third parties.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
