Shipping policy

At Shop Mahira, we aim to deliver women-led designer fashion to your doorstep quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days of successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines are 4–5 working days across India from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote or rural locations may require additional time depending on courier availability.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as:

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier network disruptions

    • Local restrictions or unforeseen events


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for orders above [insert amount, e.g., ₹2,500].

  • A standard shipping fee of [insert amount, e.g., ₹100–150] applies to orders below this value.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Prepaid Orders Only

  • Shop Mahira accepts only prepaid orders.

  • Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets via our trusted payment gateways.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.


5. Multiple Items in One Order

  • Since Shop Mahira partners with multiple independent designers, your order may contain items from different labels.

  • In such cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking details.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be marked as "RTO" (Return to Origin).

  • Re-shipping of the order (if applicable) will be subject to additional shipping charges.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Shop Mahira ships only within India.

  • International shipping will be announced in the future.


8. Undeliverable Orders

  • Shop Mahira is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

    • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address entered by the customer.

    • Customer’s unavailability at the delivery location.

    • Refusal to accept delivery.
